I was always an art kid, but it was discovering fanart that got me into posting art online when I was 14. My first fanart was all for the Ocarina of Time Zelda game, and that's remained a strong influence on my style. I've also drifted through other fandoms over the years, and various internet galleries are littered with my past art for them. Most of that work is on a computer hard drive I can't get at right now, however, so here I'm only posting more recent work.

During the pandemic, I finally ready the Lord of the Rings and the Silmarillion. Then I went online to see what kind of fan communities I could find, and I discovered a vast network of podcasts by the Mythgard organization. They also run conventions and online classes in both Tolkien studies and also foreign langauges. This rish community has kept me deeply invested in the fandom ever since.
